Eric Feldman completed his undergraduate degree in Guitar Performance from Berklee College of Music in 2008 and his Masters in Music focusing on Music Therapy from Colorado State University in 2013. From music therapy to community outreach, Eric has been actively involved with the music scene in Colorado for over 15 years.
Throughout his graduate degree studies, Eric focused on Neurologic Music Therapy techniques as well as the fundamentals of neuroanatomy and research design. While working at the Center for Neuro-Rehabilitation (CNS) in Fort Collins, Eric assisted clients suffering from Stroke, Parkinson’s, Traumatic Brain Injuries and Dementia and co-treated with many other professionals including Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapists.
Eric currently lives in Denver and owns the private practice Cottonwood Music Therapy (CMT). CMT takes on a variety of clients spanning from adolescents with developmental disabilities to geriatric memory care. Furthermore, Eric works at Presbyterian Saint Luke’s in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Oncology departments providing passive and active MT techniques to help aid the treatment process.
Beyond music therapy, Eric is an active performer, songwriter, and folk & blues music enthusiast.
