Kaily Ritz, LPCC, provides psychotherapy and art therapy to individuals of all ages. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. Her passion is using creativity to support individuals in healing from trauma and increasing their overall well-being. Kaily provides a safe, supportive environment and incorporates a range of modalities from a holistic, trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approach. Through the creative art process, individuals can authentically connect with themselves and learn to process a range of emotions in a healthy way. Kaily has experience in providing psychotherapy and art therapy in various clinical settings with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Kaily hopes to offer a creative option for individuals who want to resolve issues surrounding trauma, depression, anxiety, self-identity, chronic pain, grief, and other life challenges.
